Environmental Health Engineering Research Center

The Environmental Health Research Committee was established on 2.22.2007 with the official announcement of the then Vice Chancellor for Research and Technology of Kerman University of Medical Sciences. During its four years of operation, the Environmental Health Research Committee has succeeded in conducting at least twenty-five research projects and publishing about twenty-two articles in prestigious domestic and international journals.

Due to the good activity of the Environmental Health Research Committee, in coordination with the Vice-Chancellor for Research and Technology of the Kerman University of Medical Sciences, the committee continued its activities under the name of the Environmental Health Engineering Research Center.

The oral confirmation of the continuation of the committee's activities as a center was presented by the Deputy Minister of Research and Technology of the Ministry of Health in the meeting of 3.9.2011 and was published on the relevant websites on 6.9.2011.

Finally, after six years of significant activity and indicators, the Council for the Development of Medical Sciences Universities on 5.13.2013 announced its agreement in principle with the continuation of the official activities of the center as the Environmental Health Engineering Research Center.
