Emergency staffs are ATLS course providers and instructors. At the end of the course, the students will be able to: - Define the principles of approach to trauma patient - Describe the importance, steps and priorities of primary and secondary surveys in trauma victims - Manage the airway in multiple Trauma patient - Define the signs of shock in trauma patients - Explain the emergency approach head trauma - Discuss how to approach to an abdominal blunt trauma victim - Evaluate a patient with suspected spinal injury - Describe how to immobilize the extremities - Properly manage a burned victim - Explain the management of trauma victims according to age and special conditions - Recognize the importance of team practice and communication skills - Perform a good triage in mass casualty incidents
