Recently, the use of teeth isochromatic material and resolving patient needs has become the center of attention for many dentists. This circumstance has allocated many of the basic activities of daily dental clinics to itself. Considering the increasing developments in new generation material bonding, dental cement and various teeth isochromatic restoration material, most dentists do not have the sufficient knowledge about next generation material bonding, resin cements and how to resolve issues during operation. On the other hand, the hours assigned to learning these new materials in the ministries course scheduling are not many. The application of various teeth isochromatic posts (quartz, glass, …) resin cements (total h, self-h, self-adhesive, composite cements), different implicit veneers, and complete ceramic coatings require and level of acquaintance in regards to prescribing and not prescribing, appropriate method of employment and resolving issues during work and operation. The inappropriate or wrong method of applying these materials can lead to problems such as treatment failure, creating teeth sensitivity, imposition of additional costs for the patient and so on. Many dentists do not have the opportunity to look up reference books and study them due to occupational problems and other issues. Therefore, the purpose of this course is to introduce dental tissues and its probable alteration and to study the chemical composition and sub-structure of dental adhesives and various materials for restoring damaged dental tissues and the reaction of these two materials, introduction to prescription cases and the method for applying different implicit tooth isochromatic restoration approaches including inlays and onlays and also ceramics and composites, complete ceramic coatings, teeth isochromatic posts and different resin cements. Upon finishing this course, the dentist must select the appropriate treatment according to information about various teeth isochromatic restorations and apply them appropriately.
