Participation of Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences in the Book Exhibition of the Ministry of Higher Education in Baghdad
The representative of Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences (KUMS) International Affairs, Mr. Sirous Tooshmali, participated in the 24th International Book Fair in Baghdad, Iraq. This exhibition featured publishers from 16 countries, including the Islamic Republic of Iran, Turkey, the United States, Lebanon, Egypt, Morocco, Syria, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia, who presented various books and publications.
Some of the achievements during this visit included:
Meeting with the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Baghdad, Mr. Mohammad Kazem Al-Sadiq, to present the educational opportunities at KUMS.
Meeting with the Deputy of the Ministry of Science in Iraq and the Deputy of the Ministry of Culture in Iraq, Mr. Nawfal Hilal Aburghif, to discuss the available fields of study and academic levels in Iranian universities, especially at KUMS.
Initial admission of more than 53 Iraqi students at various levels to KUMS.
Introducing the potentials and facilities of KUMS to Iraqi applicants and their parents.
Negotiating and collaborating with representatives of Iranian universities to exchange ideas and experiences in the process of admitting international students.
