EducationIRAN participated in the internationalization of higher education workshop in region 3. The workshop, held virtually for universities in Region 3 (Kermanshah, Kordestan, Ilam), was held on July 12, 2023 and hosted by Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences. The EducationIRAN executive team delivered speeches on the history and activities of EducationIRAN, aiming to enhance interactions and collaborations with member universities.
Dr. Enayatollah Shaban, the head of EducationIRAN, provided a brief introduction on internationalization and its importance. Then, he introduced EducationIRAN and its activities over the last decade. In the next presentation, Dr. Nazli Namazi, the executive manager of EducationIRAN, discussed the action plan for the current year and mentioned how EducationIRAN can help universities in internationalizations of higher education. Then, Ms. Mahsa Chehkindi, addressed the status of universities in region 3 on the EducationIRAN website and provided suggestions for improving their situations. Finally, Ms. Neda Karim, another member of the Secretary's executive team, focused on content production and highlighted the considerations universities should keep in mind when creating content. The workshop concluded with a Question and Answer (Q&A) session.
