Among the public holidays in Iran, there are two important dates to mark in your calendar; 11th of February (Anniversary of Iran’s Islamic Revolution) and 21st of March (Beginning of the Iranian new year known as Norooz). On these two occasions, most places are closed, and people prepare themselves for glorious celebrations. New Year holidays last for 4 days from 21st to 24th of March.
