The event was attended by the presidents of the two universities, international deputies, members of the executive board, deans of faculties, international deputies, directors, a gathering of faculty members, students, and staff from both universities, as well as ambassadors and political officials from the embassies of South Africa, Germany, Afghanistan, Indonesia, Slovenia, Jordan, Bangladesh, Bulgaria, Pakistan, Turkey, China, Saudi Arabia, Kenya, and Nigeria. On the sidelines of the festival, booths were set up by international students from different nationalities to introduce the cultures, customs, cuisines, and traditional clothing of their respective nations.
