The Faculty of Law was established in 2012. Considering the fact that TMU as a graduate university enjoys a unique position in national educational and research system, different departments of law have always focused their attention on promoting education and research especially at doctoral level. To accomplish this mission, feasibility studies are carried out to assess the legal principles used in judicial proceedings for research projects.
Missions and Visions of the Faculty of Law
- Upgrading the educational system of the country
- Establishing team works and strengthening students' skills
- Developing the scope of research activities and providing the necessary infrastructures for the research requirements in order to empower students to carry out reliable and judicious judgments, to understand the principles of justice and the ways in which it is realized, based on Islamic teachings and the results of comparative studies
