Library
Each school has a library with a collection of books both in Persian and English. School of medicine has a big library on campus. This library is the best place for medical students to study and research. Presently, each library includes a rich collection of printed & digital books on various subjects related to medicine and dentistry, pharmacy, health, midwifery, nursing, and reference books.
All libraries in Mazums are equipped with computer and information center with PCs as well as comprehensive software library and library security system. Each library has separate sections of theses, information center, electronic resources, and periodicals.
School of Medicine Library located in Payambar Azam (PBUH) Academic Complex includes about 11000 Persian and Latin books in the fields of medical and basic sciences. This library is equipped with computer and information center which consists of 38 PCs as well as a comprehensive software library and library security system. This library has separate sections of theses, information center, electronic resources, and periodicals.
School of Pharmacy Library located in Payambar Azam (PBUH) Academic Complex includes about 5700 Persian and Latin books in the field of pharmaceutical sciences. This library is equipped with comprehensive software library and library security system.
School of Dentistry Library is a newly established library which includes about 520 Persian and Latin books in the field of dentistry. This library is equipped with computer and information center which consists of 7 PCs.
School of Health Library located in Payambar Azam (PBUH) Academic Complex includes about 12007 Persian and Latin books in the fields of health. This library is equipped with computer and information center which consists of 38 PCs as well as a comprehensive software library and library security system. This library also consists of periodicals, research projects, and electronic resources.
Sari School of Nursing and Midwifery Library includes about 16000 Persian and Latin books in the fields of nursing and midwifery. Also, the library has separate sections of periodicals and electronic resources Information Center with 8 PCs. This library is equipped with comprehensive software library and library security system.
Sari School of Allied Medical Sciences Library located in Payambar Azam (PBUH) Academic Complex includes about 10000 Persian and Latin books in the fields of laboratory sciences, anesthesiology, medical records, operating room technology, radiology, and information technology. This library is equipped with comprehensive software library and library security system.
Amol School of Nursing and Midwifery Library has about 10700 Persian and Latin books in the fields of nursing and midwifery.
Behshahr School of Nursing Library began its activities with the establishment of this school in 2013. Information resources include 280 Persian books, 32 Latin books, and 20 journals. This library is equipped with open book shelving system without library security system, computer system, and Sana library software.
Ramsar International Campus Library was set up in 2008 and comprises 1000 books in Persian and Latin, 78 journals and 34 electronic books in the fields of medicine and pharmacy. The library is equipped with comprehensive software library, library security system. The members can benefit from immediate access and unparalleled opportunities for browsing the books. The library has a repository with the capacity of 7000 books and publications which is linked to the university through the standard software.
Imam Khomeini Hospital Library has about 7500 Persian and Latin books in the fields of surgery, urology, gynecology, orthopedics, neurology, gastroenterology, pulmonary, endocrinology, nephrology, pathology, radiology, and oncology. This library is equipped with comprehensive software library, library security system and electronic resources Information Center with 4 PCs.
Boo-Ali Sina Hospital Library includes about 3000 Persian and Latin books in the fields of ENT, dermatology, pediatrics, allergy, eye, and thalassemia, as well as the library, has separate sections of theses, electronic resources information center with 10 PCs. This library is equipped with comprehensive software library and library security system.
Fatemeh Zahra Hospital Library includes about 3002 Persian and Latin books in the fields of cardiovascular disease and surgery. This library is equipped with comprehensive software library, library security system, and electronic resources with 4 PCs.
Razi Hospital Library includes about 4000 Persian and Latin books in the fields of infectious and pediatrics and has an information center which consists of 3 PCs. This library is equipped with comprehensive software library and library security system.
Zare Hospital Library has about 14000 Persian and Latin books in the fields of psychiatry and plastic surgery. This library is equipped with comprehensive software library, library security system and electronic resources information center with 3 PCs.
Traditional and Complementary Medicine Research Center Library has over 5000 books and 30 journals.
