Vision
The Orthopedic Research Center can reduce the prevalence of pathological fractures caused by osteoporosis in the future; improve the quality as well as reduce the complications due to joint replacement.
Mission
The examination of the patients, who undergo joint replacement surgery periodically. This center provides ways to prevent the prevalence of osteoporosis in society.

History
The Orthopedic Research Center (ORC) was started by the pursuing of the Orthopedic Department of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences.
The Orthopedic Research Center (ORC) was started by the pursuing of the Orthopedic Department of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences. This center was established to launch an Orthopedic Assistant Training Course with the aim of promoting quantitative and qualitative research. The ORC center received its license with the continued support of the Vice-Chancellor of Research and Technology of the Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences on January 12th, 2015. It is located now in Imam Khomeini Hospital in Sari.
