Department of Religious Studies
Department of Religious Studies was established within the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation sciences (USWR) in 1992. The Department of Religious Studies is active in teaching theoretical and religious subjects and also intensely involved with different counseling and cultural program.
What is Religious Studies?
The Department of Religious Studies is responsible for teaching religious and social subjects to students of different departments. The department does not administer any student yet and it plays an interconnection role between other departments. Our academics are experienced and they are keeping an up to date knowledge.
Aims
The aim in the Department of Religious Studies is to train students in the highest level of religious knowledge to work in our society as part of a health care team.
Teaching
The members of department teach Islamic issues to the students in different USWR fields.
