The visit was arranged by Dr. Mohammad Reza Amini, Director of International Affairs at MUMHS. During the visit, Ambassador Kupu and his delegation toured the university's educational, medical, research, and international facilities, including Imam Khomeini Hospital in Sari and Razi Hospital in Ghaemshahr.
The delegation was impressed by the university's state-of-the-art facilities and highly qualified staff. They also discussed potential areas of collaboration between the university and Zimbabwean institutions in the field of health tourism.
At the end of the visit, Ambassador Kupu and MUMHS signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on international scientific cooperation. The MoU aims to promote cooperation between the two parties in areas such as medical education, research, and patient care.
